Cancellation Policy
Deposits are non-refundable and cover cancellations, last-minute reschedules, or no-shows. Rescheduling less than 24 hours before your appointment counts as a cancellation, and the deposit will be forfeited or up to 30% charge.
Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in rescheduling or adjustments to your service. Please contact me via text or call if you’re running late or need to make changes.
Appointments are not confirmed without a paid deposit. The deposit must be paid within 1 hour of the link being sent; otherwise, the appointment will be automatically cancelled
