My goal is to provide the best service possible while respecting everyone’s time. Here’s how we can work together to make scheduling smooth for all: • Cancellations with less than a 48 hour notice, up to a 30% of the service total will be charged to the card on file. • No-Shows: If you miss your appointment without prior notice, full 30% cancellation fee will apply. • Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance, and I’ll do my best to find a time that works for you. • Running Late? If you’re running more than 15 minutes behind, I may need to reschedule your appointment to stay on track for other clients. So please be sure to contact me via text or call
